Private Pilates Training

I am thrilled to offer 1 on 1 or small group Pilates style training at my home studio, yours, or a location of your choice locally in Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples, Florida. Sessions will be provided at either 30 minutes or a full hour.
