Looking to supplement my outdoor running routine in the icy winter months, I stumbled upon the Pilates method and soon recognized profound changes in both my body and mind. It was love at first “hundred” for this childhood figure skater & dancer. After practicing Pilates for several years, I decided to pursue Pilates teacher training.
